Environmental Science Internships — UG & PG Students
We are actively looking for undergraduate and postgraduate students pursuing Environmental Science and related disciplines to join us for hands-on internships in environmental and community development projects.
Project areas include:
- Impact assessment of community RO water plants and playgrounds
- Developing maintenance and sustainability plans for 750+ community playgrounds and community infrastructure
- Research on eco-friendly and recycled materials for playground infrastructure — assessing feasibility, maintainability, and cost compared to traditional materials
- Creating awareness and fundraising campaigns (e.g., "Donate a Playground in Your Loved One's Name")
- Supporting CSR outreach and identifying potential corporate partners for community development initiatives
Interns will work under experienced professionals and gain practical exposure to project planning, field assessments, sustainability practices, research, stakeholder engagement, and social impact measurement.
Areas of Internship
We welcome interns across multiple domains, including:
Advocacy & Communications
Assist in policy research, content creation, and awareness campaigns.
Community Engagement & Outreach
Work on grassroots initiatives to mobilize communities and schools.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact
Assessment (MEIA) – Analyse project impact through data collection and reporting.
Programme & Project Implementation
Support in executing sustainability and play infrastructure projects.
Partnerships & Fundraising
Assist in donor engagement, grant writing, and CSR collaborations.
Training & Capacity Building
Develop training materials and conduct sessions for community skill development.
HR & Volunteer Management
Coordinate recruitment, engagement, and development of volunteers and interns.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as recent graduates.
- Passionate about social impact and community development.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum duration of 4-12 weeks.
